THE SCIENCE

Enclomiphene works by blocking the negative feedback loop between the testes and hypothalamus, leading to an increase in luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) - two hormones responsible for sperm and testosterone production by the testicles.

CLOMID:

FDA approved medication for female infertility and has been used “off-label” for male hypogonadism (low T)
     
Contains two ingredients: Zuclomiphene (38%) and Enclomiphene (68%)      

The Zuclomiphene component is an estrogen receptor agonist       

Although it works great for increasing male testosterone levels, it has been shown to have negative estrogenic like side effects due to its Zuclomiphene component converting into estrogen at a higher rate.

ENCLOMIPHENE:

Single ingredient containing 100% Enclomiphene only
       
Works as an estrogen receptor antagonist, meaning it blocks the estrogen activity within the brain.      

Has been shown fo increase male testosterone levels without the associated side effects of Zuclomiphene (Clomid).
